Your buyers get their own portal, and they'll actually use it.

Most payment portals fail for the same reason: the buyer has to create an account, pick a password, and remember it a month later. Lendiom Pay doesn't ask them to do any of that. If automation is going to save you time, the portal has to be something a buyer can get into on the first try.

How it works for your buyer

No password, no app

They enter their account number and get a six-digit code by text or email. The code is good for five minutes and works once. That's the whole sign-in.

The invite goes out on its own

The moment a loan leaves draft, the welcome message fires with their account number and a one-tap link. You don't have to walk anyone through setup.

Lost the account number?

They recover it themselves with the phone number or email on their file. That's one less call to you.

English and Spanish, all the way through

The portal is fully translated, not machine-translated on the fly, and they can switch languages whenever they want. Every automated text message goes out in the language set on their record.

Pay the way they want

Bank account or card, a one-time payment or auto-draft they turn on themselves. Principal-only payments, down payments, setup fees, property tax reimbursements, and invoices all run through the same place.

No download, any phone

It's a website. It works on whatever phone they already have, which matters more than it sounds like it should in this business.

They can answer their own questions

The portal shows their balance, their next due date, and their full payment history with the split across interest, principal, fees, and escrow on every single payment. It also shows their payoff amount.

That last one is the part that gives you your afternoon back. The payoff call is the most common call in owner finance, and it's the one that takes the longest to answer correctly.

Before they authorize anything, they see the exact total, including the processing fee if you've set it to pass through. No surprise charges, which means no disputed payments to unwind later.

What it doesn't do

There's no document library in the portal, so your buyers can't pull their contract down from it. There's no amortization schedule view and no messaging inside it. Signature requests go out as their own link, separate from this.

It's also Lendiom-branded rather than yours. If you need it to look like your company, it doesn't do that today.

Let your buyers pay themselves.

Included in every plan. Set up a loan on the trial and send yourself the invite to see what they see.
