Late fees that apply themselves
Set as many tiers as you need, flat or percentage, with a floor and a cap. They apply the night a payment comes due late. Waiving one puts the ledger back the way it should be.

Tax season, handled
Lendiom tracks interest per contract, builds each buyer's 1098 from it, and submits it for e-filing through our IRS-authorized filing partner. That is $10 per form, which covers the filing and mailing your buyer's copy. On land, property taxes can be tracked per tract per year and reimbursed through the same payment rails your buyers already use. When your accountant asks for numbers, run the installment income, transaction list, or journal entry reports as Excel workbooks, or schedule them to arrive by email every month.
